Most WhatsApp platforms quote you a low monthly fee, then add a commission to every message you send. We don't. You pay a flat platform fee to us, and Meta's per-conversation rate directly to Meta — at cost.
Understanding this is the difference between a predictable bill and a nasty surprise at scale.
A flat monthly or annual subscription for ChatSathi itself — the inbox, CRM, automations, broadcasts and reporting. Fixed, predictable, and the only money that comes to us.
Billed by ChatSathi
Meta charges per conversation, priced by category — marketing, utility, authentication and service. Because the WhatsApp Business Account is yours, this is billed to you by Meta directly.
Billed by Meta, at cost
The line item most Indian WhatsApp platforms add on top of Meta's rate — often quoted as a percentage, and the part that quietly dominates your bill once volume grows.
We don't charge this. Ever.
Meta sets and publishes its own conversation rates, and changes them periodically by country and category. Because you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account, Meta bills you directly at whatever the current published rate is — we never sit in the middle of that transaction, so there is nothing for us to mark up. Check Meta's official pricing page for current rates in India.

All plans include a 14-day free trial. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number and pay Meta's per-message rate directly — 0% markup from us.
There are two costs. The first is your platform subscription — with ChatSathi that is a flat monthly fee shown in the plans above, exclusive of 18% GST. The second is Meta's own per-conversation charge, which varies by conversation category (marketing, utility, authentication, service) and is billed to you directly by Meta at their published rate. Many providers add a third cost, a per-message markup on Meta's rate. ChatSathi does not.
No. ChatSathi operates as a Meta Tech Provider, which means you connect and own your own WhatsApp Business Account and Meta bills you directly for conversations. We are never an intermediary in that payment, so there is no message margin in our business model. Our revenue is the platform fee alone.
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start. You can cancel at any point during the trial at no charge. Note that Meta's conversation charges still apply to any real messages you send during the trial, because those are billed by Meta against your own WhatsApp Business Account.
No — all plan prices are exclusive of GST. Indian customers are charged 18% GST on top of the platform fee, and you receive a GST invoice you can claim input credit against.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Plan limits cover things like contacts, team members, broadcasts per month, connected WhatsApp numbers, automations and API calls. When you approach a limit you will see it in your dashboard usage panel, and you can move to a higher plan at any time. We do not silently disable your inbox — inbound customer conversations keep working.
Yes, and that is deliberate — it is what keeps your number, your templates and your message history portable. You own the WhatsApp Business Account and the phone number; ChatSathi connects to it as an approved Meta Tech Provider. If you ever leave, the asset stays yours.
We accept Indian payment methods including UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards through our payment provider. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer — contact us if you would prefer that.
Tell us your monthly message volume and we'll model your real total cost — platform fee plus Meta rates — before you commit.
